1. How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to customerexperience@gyorklondon.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. 

If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment, for additional information refer to our returns & exchanges page. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.

2. What should I do if an item I want is unavailable?

If a product is unavailable, we can notify you when the item becomes available. To receive notification when an unavailable item is back in stock, click on the item image and there will be an option to input your email address into the field provided.

3. My order has been declined; do I need to place a new order?

If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please replace a new order online, otherwise please contact us at customerexperience@gyorklondon.com
